Welcome to Berget Management and Accounting! Since 1982 I've worked at helping small businesses succeed financially. My experience spans across two distinct, yet complementary, areas:

  • For 18 years I honed my skills working in public accounting firms, serving a diverse range of small businesses from retail and wholesale to manufacturing and service industries. During this time I completed everything from financial statements, income tax returns, and income tax planning, to payroll & sales tax.
  • I then transitioned to Controller positions, where I worked for 19 years. In those positions I gained invaluable experience within professional services, contract manufacturing, & wholesale businesses. This allowed me to experience firsthand the importance of establishing efficient and accurate accounting & financial reporting processes in a small business setting.

Since 2020, I've leveraged that experience & education to empower small businesses through consulting. I translate the lessons learned throughout my career into actionable strategies, helping businesses not just survive, but achieve long-term success.
